And now I introduce you to my new favorite workout snack: Clif Bars. CLIF products are made from mostly organic ingredients and are free of trans fat, hydrogenated oils, and high fructose syrup. Their mission aspirations include sustaining our planet, community, people, and their business and brand. My favorite flavor is Coconut Chocolate Chip, which tastes similar to “Samaos” Girl Scout Cookies for those of you who are fans. Peanut Toffee Buzz is another flavor I would suggest. They also make LUNA Bar products for women, but I have never tried them.
