Kashi’s Mantra:
‘At Kashi, we dream of a world where everyone embraces natural health. We are passionate and committed to improving the health of people and our planet.
Health isn’t a destination; it’s a journey. Every little step we take creates a healthier path forward. We believe that when we eat well, we feel well, and do well for ourselves, our families, our coworkers, our communities, and the world. This philosophy builds on our deep roots in natural foods since 1984 and remains our daily guiding light.
We are constantly evaluating and improving the environmental and social aspects of our ingredient sourcing, product production, packaging, and distribution. We strive to not only minimize our impacts across our value chain, but to create positive impacts and positive change with everything we do, creating a legacy of sustainability and health.
Simply put, we strive to improve the health of people and planet every place we do business.’
My take: As a health conscious person, I have been hooked on Kashi for a while. If you are interested in eating healthier, Kashi products are an excellent option. I love their products for their nutritional value, great natural taste, and sustainability efforts. Try their products here at Kashi.com or at your local grocer.

Many feel the need to conform to what they see, but remember that the herd is often wrong. I don’t know how this trend of keeping the sticker on the bill of a baseball hat came about. I would assume this trend originated from someone who kept the sticker on the hat to later return it. This trend is not dope at all and tacky to say the least. It doesn’t look good on any age group, but if you’re 21+ it would definitely behoove you to remove your sticker if you are going to wear the hat. Oh and if you find any pictures of me with a sticker on my hat (which you won’t unless somebody photoshops one on) please burn them lol
