BAND OF SKULLS AT VARIETY PLAYHOUSE

Through my teen years I mostly listened to hip-hop, but as I have gotten older my taste in music (and all other forms of art and expression) has evolved to include a greater diversity of genres. My best friend introduced me to Band of Skulls a while back, and I became a fan of their work. Some friends and I went to see them perform yesterday at Variety Playhouse in Little Five Points. They put on a cool show. If you like rock I would suggest checking them out.

I haven’t seen Aubrey perform live since his So Far Gone days, but it was well worth the money, 3-hour drive, and missing a question on my mammalogy quiz this morning. The energy flowing throughout the arena from the moment he came on stage was amazing. He put on an awesome performance!
