Michael Jordan is filing a lawsuit against a major Chinese sports apparel company, Qiaodan Sports Company Limited, for “unauthorized use” of his name and brand. The company name Qiaodan means Jordan in Chinese. In addition to using Jordan’s name they have also filed for similar trademarks such as the number 23, as well as trademarks for the names of Jordan’s 2 sons, Marcus and Jeffrey. Qiaodan generated over $450 million in 2010. Jordan discusses his stance in the following video.

I haven’t seen Aubrey perform live since his So Far Gone days, but it was well worth the money, 3-hour drive, and missing a question on my mammalogy quiz this morning. The energy flowing throughout the arena from the moment he came on stage was amazing. He put on an awesome performance! I couldn’t take my baby (d7000) in, but my iPhone X Instagram picked up the slack. (Follow me on Instagram: patrick_andrew)
